Solid list, especially the fixed-supply logic behind TRAC/HBAR/RENDER — that’s the right framework to filter with.
If I had to add a 5th angle to consider: XRP is worth a look purely on the “real-world utility that’s already live” criterion rather than “utility that’s coming.” Institutional payment rails, and recently x402/agentic payment infra building directly on XRPL — it’s less speculative on the adoption timeline since a lot of the infrastructure use case is already operational vs projected.
Not knocking your picks, just adding a different axis (proven usage now vs future potential) to the screening criteria.

I would probably hold
TRAC - AI and misinformation could find OriginTrail TRAC gaining more attention in the future. A fixed max supply with all tokens in circulation. It's market cap has a lot of space to grow. It's token is used inside the network.
HBAR - A layer 1 focused mostly on enterprises, a fixed max supply with almost 90% of the tokens unlocked. It's token is used inside the network. Accumulating now which it's price is pretty low, if gone to it's ATH area or a little below you could make a solid profit or if more enterprises adopt it it could grow huge.
RENDER - Many people that can't afford a strong pc for editing, creating they could use it for sure. Fixed max supply, token used in the network, almost all tokens are unlocked and has a space to grow more.
LINK - Also has good tokenomics, it's used and many people talk about it.
