I am a 24 year old woman with minimal experience investing. I currently use Schwab and previously invested my own 20k+ into VOO, VXUS, and VNRX. While I do research, I have it sitting in 2 HYSA. Thinking about putting 250,000 to 300,000 into the market? I would also like advice on if it would be wise for me to buy a rental property and what price would make sense. Obviously people say duplexes etc. and a 3 bed 2 bath in a generally good location where I am ranges 400-525k. Can I have some pointers on what makes a property good for renting (aside from the obvious of it being cash flowing)? TIA

Thanks for clarifying. Just to make sure I’m following, you’re using two separate Fidelity usernames (profiles) on the same iPhone, and the notification prompt appears when logging in with either username. Is that correct?
If possible, could you also share your current Fidelity app version and iOS version?
If you need instructions on how to locate the versions, just ask. TIA

I put a lump sum into the Savings pie about a year ago. Its doing good but I wasn't sure if its too diversified, would i better off just putting it all into aay the S&P500? I pay 200 a month into it as well. Ignore the gold, Microsoft and rolls, theyre little testers. Any advice would be appreciated. TIA

I am new to investing and I find it difficult to understand financial markets. Perhaps my finance knowledge receptors are weak.
Could some generous people here recommend how do I begin? I have opened a checking account with WS and have a TFSA with RBC (fixed non-market GIC). I am thinking of moving TFSA to WS. But then do what with that TFSA? Where to invest with lowest possible risk? TIA

Recently trying to sell a gold bar I purchased from [Bullion.com](http://Bullion.com) via Walmart a couple of months ago but the gold bar failed Sigma pro tests using both the big or small wand.
Contacted the customer service at bullion but they insist they have all their bars testd by XRF and it does whole bar composition (which is false) but they declined to provide any verification of authenticity, let alone a replacement of the gold bar.
I am very anxious and worried. What should I do to protect me from the loss? TIA!

I have zero experience and minor knowledge of investing. I have about $4k in cash that I’m willing to throw into multiple areas. I’d like a mix of crypto and stock market - open to anything else too that’s simple and easy enough for me to continue throwing money into after this initial deposit. I’ll learn as I go of course. That being said, looking for some basic knowledge and advice on essentially how I can start my investing journey. In my mid 20s so literally any guidance would be helpful. TIA!
