Anti-Sniper Protection applies a steep launch tax on both buys and sells that prevents bots from acquiring cheap tokens at launch. The tax gradually falls to 1% over the selected window: 60 seconds, 10 minutes, or 98 minutes, or it can be turned off entirely.

Only 100,000 transactions since Aug 11. Wow that sounds crazy low. 
What would ETH or SOL be?

Luckily it was only $178

I wanted to try out Phantom wallet as I didn't use it before.
I deposited some SOL first, which I converted to cash. Tried their prediction a few times just for fun. Everything seemed fine. Then I deposited some cash.
TX showed up in the transactions list as completed but it never loaded up. Screenshot attached
Support agents doesn't understand my issue right away, so after multiple emails going back and forth he sends it to engineering depratment to fix it. Silence since then on that case.
I submitted another ticket and after explaining to the other agent, I get ignored there too. Sent 10+ messages on their subreddit and posted but they don't approve my post lol.
Over 100 emails later, begging them to help me, they keep saying the same thing: try recovering your wallet. I did that a 1000000 times.

they are doing this plus they are increase SOL burn to scale with usage.
If both new factors are applied at once there is a world where more SOL is burned per day then created.
(would need to 3 x it's usage from today for that to happen\_\_\_and need to be at 2029's terminal inflation rate of 1.5%)

ETH, SOL, HYPE, PUMP, CARDS, ORE
All have substantial usage, revenue, and relative valuations, easy as that.

So tell me, what is the actual link between a chain’s development (SOL/ETH) and its coin price going up? What is their true purpose beyond paying transaction fees? When a chain hits all-time highs across various metrics, how does that performance actually convert into value for token holders?
If you use SOL or ETH as collateral to borrow money, the liquidation risk is exceptionally high because they can easily lose 70% of their value within a single year. Staking is essentially just supply dilution—if staking rewards were paid out in USDT, I’d view it differently.
Besides collateral and fee payments, why else would anyone buy SOL or ETH? Cut the boilerplate talk about "infrastructure." The Solana chain is a great venue for transferring funds and tokenizing assets, but I can use the network without holding a massive stack of SOL. If you look at it honestly, aren't people just buying SOL, waiting for it to pump to $300, and dumping it onto the next person? The same goes for ETH. BTC has absolute scarcity—something that has never truly existed in human history—which is why it holds value. Meanwhile, SOL and ETH are minted every single day.
Furthermore, just pull up a weekly (1W) chart or higher. A real growth asset shouldn't have a chart as ugly as SOL, ETH, or the rest of the crypto market. Look at the charts of actual revenue-generating growth stocks like GOOGL, AAPL, META, or even KO—*that* is what a real growth asset looks like. In reality, SOL and ETH are just trading in a massive range: SOL between $8 and $290+, ETH between $1,400 and $4,900. It’s been six years and they still can't break out of this range, which is terrible. Sure, you can still turn a profit by buying at the bottom of the range and selling on the way up to the peak, but isn't that just buying and waiting to dump it on someone dumber than you?

Its a common scam for crypto noobies. The wallet pulls the public price from some random website without realizing that the trading volume is literally $0.
When you decide to "cash in" your fake coins for BTC it'll require you to pay some ETH/bTC/SOL transfee fees to get it. You pay the transfer/transaction fee to "sell" it and nobody ends up buying it because it has zero volume.
It's just a scam to get you to pay some transfer fee that they keep, leaving you with nothing

Honestly, other than BTC and a few coins that actually provide some form of value retention for holders, like HYPE, I think most other coins have no real value. Yes, that includes ETH, SOL, and BNB.
You buy them because you hope the price goes up so you can eventually dump them on someone else at a higher price. These coins don't really do anything other than pay transaction fees on their respective chains.
Some people will argue that crypto is more volatile and therefore offers more upside than stocks. That just tells me they haven't traded small-cap stocks. Tickers like USAR, SMCI, and plenty of others can easily move 10% in a single day. On the weekly chart, swings of 50–70% over just 3–4 weeks are completely normal.
The important difference is that these companies are actually running businesses. They have real assets, financial statements, revenues, expenses, and accounting records.
With crypto? The growth of a chain doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the price of its token. The Solana chain can keep hitting all-time highs across various metrics while SOL still dumps for 10 consecutive months without a meaningful recovery. ETH can do the same.
I genuinely don't understand what people who invest in altcoins like AVAX, Litecoin, Cardano, etc. are thinking. Honestly, they'd probably have a much better chance of eventually breaking even if they traded small-cap stocks instead. At least there is an actual business underneath. I'd put their chances of recovering their money at 1,000x higher than with those garbage coins.
I can at least understand SOL, ETH, and BNB because they're large caps with a history of recovering after major drawdowns. But even investing in those is pretty risky, because there is ultimately nothing underneath them that provides a real fundamental floor for the price.
**In conclusion, unless we're talking about BTC or tokens with a clear mechanism for preserving or returning value to holders, investing in crypto feels largely pointless compared to other asset classes.**

Put pressure on validators to vote yes on:

Get your SOL off exchanges and stake with validators that support. Exchanges will use your SOL to vote against. They profit with high issuance. Check my X profile linked in Reddit profile if you don't know which validators to choose. Posted a website to track progress and validator alignment.
What OP posted doesn't matter if we can't solve the value capture issue of SOL. Massively important. First you capture users. Then you ensure the asset captures user value without dilution. We're at step 2, but need your support! Vote, discuss on X, like, or stake on-chain with good validators!
At minimum, get your SOL off major exchanges, and definitely don't stake with them. If you trade staked ETFs look at bSOL or tSOL. Most Solana aligned.
