If gold doesn't work for you then stop trading gold. Use vwap, volume profile, sma 20 50 200 and anchored vwap. Buy below vwap, sell above vwap. If it goes up on 4H then buy close to vwap and sell above, if it goes down then buy a way below vwap and sell just below vwap. When it goes sideways buy at the last bottom at LVN, sell at the last top at LVN.
