No I would have put money from my bank and bought LTC, but I'm seeing now the dip was literally for a few seconds and almost nobody was actually able to get any buys

So what you’re saying is that if you stayed awake, you would’ve sold stocks (not during trading hours, of course) so that you could time the LTC dip?

Yep, I do know. I’ve literally been stacking litties with the profit I make on my brokerage and Roth accounts. I’ve amassed a couple hundred there because they’re so dang cheap still this year. I’m sad I wasn’t quick enough to liquidate other holdings to buy a ton of LTC on there when it dumped so hard, but c’est la vie. I’m just happy I’ve been able to continually stack extra even with small profits along the way. I would love to see them file to launch a LTC etf in addition to their BTC and ETH ones. I think they’re probably gauging the market response to the ones that are set to launch soon. Litecoin has been a suppressed underdog for so long, so I can understand the apprehension to rush into it

Neither Bitcoin or Litecoin were made to be layer 2 running coins, and they shouldn't be. It's a waste of transaction space, imo. There are coins for dapps. LTC now *has* layer 2's but I think it is a moot point, it's like adding a radio to a truck that wasn't built with one, at this point. It's a selling point for newbs that it has extra gizmos. I just want it to function as a preservation of value coin, like Bitcoin.

Tl;dr It has more than Bitcoin, but that was never the selling point of Bitcoin.

Man some of yall are so quick to abandon all hope. Although this is classic for LTC to get cucked by some outside forces right when it’s looking good and breaking out. I do think Monday is going to be a down day, but I doubt it’s a circuit breaker.
We just had a massive leverage flush and reset in crypto. There’s still good odds that we still get a really bullish Q4, probably after the next FOMC cut…especially if it’s larger than expected. Trump is likely just cornering Jpow with the new tariff crap to force him to cut larger. He’s also using the lockdown to fire a bunch of federal employees to add to unemployment numbers

LTC is worth $450 simply because of mimble wimble
Monero XMR Scala XLA and DERO are worth just as much in my eyes, private by default, can mine with any CPU old android devices, single board computers, etc. Dont need to be banked to get some. Low entry accessible to all.

I personally watched it drop to 88k for a split second yesterday, everything flash crashed and recovered (via coin market cap) (LTC showed a low of 41, yet now every chart I see still says “88”) but your point still stands

Only the dumb maxi's hate LTC. I've watched smart maxi's, one after another, convert some BTC to LTC and get ready for the next big run the last few months. They understand the two are not competitors, they will fuel and strengthen each other. We should want to see 2 or 3 strong chains emerge to dominate crypto, a gold, silver, and bronze standard. "A three fold chord is not easily broken."

If you just buy and HODL, you absorb the price changes, and can never get rekt.
Crypto traders skip this one simple trick. It's about the number of LTC you have, not it's dollar value.

HBAR and LINK. I think HBAR is at a decent price atm (might drop to around \~$0.14 tho), but LINK still has more room to fall I believe. If you want a safe bet, LTC for a 30-40% short-term hold bonus.
This is all financial advice out of my butt. For me personally, LTC is something I can sleep sound at night while I hold knowing I'll sell it for profit, even during a bear market.
