So tired of seeing this argument. Most banks have already upgraded to ML-KEM for VPNs, API endpoints, and web sessions... they've also upgraded to ML-DSA for signatures. Most VPNs (Nord, Mellvad, Express, Proton, etc...) have already implemented ML-KEM for quantum resistant tunnels. Major CDNs like Cloudflare, Fastly, and AWS already have native support for ML-KEM key exchange at the edge. Meanwhile ISP's are installing PQC hardware to physically reenforce their fiber lines. People here keep saying "What about the banks?". The banks, CDNs, VPNs, and ISPs have already upgraded a most of their critical infrastructure. Why would they all be rushing to roll out upgrades if this wasn't a serious threat.
