FWIW, Q3 expectations: Rev. estimated at $3.5M, plausible range $2.5-$5M. A meaningful step up in ramp from Q2's 1.5M. Supported by the August PR for initial and repeat POs representing thousands of IRIS sensors across multiple customers. Existing inventory could support near-term deliveries. September’s defense selection, APAC pilot, and semiconductor project add potential revenue. An upside surprise may come from these. \[No estimates\] Share issuance/capital raise update is coming. \[No estimates\] What \[if anything\] material that can be announced between now and the 7th \[obviously\] will spur recalibration. Treating the Movia S launch as included in guidance but a positive upside surprise is possible. They should have a clear view of Q3 shipments/Q4 expectations by the 7th so speeding up reporting is welcome 'urgency.' The market will judge this session on revenue, commercial conversion, cash use. Encouraged that the CEO, CFO, and CCO are putting revenue and costs on the agenda so soon after quarter-end... but details on completing commercial conversions will be the market focus \[as long as there are no disappointments\]. Cheers.

I've been following MVIS since 2020 and have been a shareholder for a few years now. I've always found the company interesting, particularly with the technology they've developed around Perception software, MAVIN, IRIS, and now HALO.
What originally caught my attention—and ultimately convinced me to buy the stock—was their work with the military, particularly the EagleEye AI-powered helmet and the underlying system it operates on. At the time, the technology seemed genuinely impressive, and I thought it had the potential to open up some pretty significant opportunities.
*That's why I'm having a hard time understanding where things stand today.*
It's not as though MVIS has no partnerships or commercial relationships. They appear to have established relationships across shipping, aerial, and automotive applications, and the underlying technology seems to be well-protected by patents and aligned with what should be a growing demand for advanced LiDAR, perception, and autonomous-vehicle technology.
*So what am I missing?*
I'm genuinely trying to understand the disconnect between the technology and partnerships I've seen over the years and where the company currently stands financially and in the market.
A few questions I've been thinking about:
1. **Is the market simply not seeing the same potential that some of us see in the technology?**
2. **Is MVIS struggling primarily with commercialization, revenue generation, execution, or something else?**
3. **How much of the current stock price can reasonably be attributed to short interest and broader market dynamics versus the company's actual fundamentals?**
4. **How significant is the competition?** If MVIS has patents covering portions of the technology needed for advanced LiDAR and perception systems, I'm curious:
* How much of a competitive advantage do those patents actually provide?
* Are competitors developing around those patents, licensing similar technology, or simply pursuing fundamentally different approaches?
* How difficult would it be for a competitor to develop a comparable solution without infringing on MVIS's IP?
I'm not trying to make a bullish or bearish argument here. I'm genuinely trying to understand the disconnect between what I perceive as a fairly impressive technology portfolio and where the company currently sits financially and in the market.
For those who have followed MVIS closely for years—**what do you think I'm missing?**
I look forward to hearing what you all have to say.
