This issue is completely separate from the Case ID, and I honestly do not want to repeat the same discussion again. In Case ID #166162905, I only discussed the withdrawal permission on my account. I did not discuss the amount blocked from my friend’s order.
My ID: 1143408401
My friend’s ID: 1072504755
Order ID: 441726047905611776
Case ID: #166162905
My friend’s money has been blocked due to my withdrawal blocked I just want to refund it kindly binance return his money which he send it, and this situation is causing us serious stress and frustration. We have already explained the matter several times, but we keep receiving the same response without any actual solution.
Please review this specific order separately and return my friend’s amount as soon as possible. He should not have to suffer or lose his money because of an issue that is unrelated to the previous case.
I sincerely request that you do not send another repeated or automated response. Please investigate the order properly and process the refund. We are only asking for the rightful return of his money.

Tokenization fails because there’s no link between the chain and reality. If you put your ID on chain, and someone takes your wallet they don’t become you. They don’t get to move into your house and fuck your wife.
The only things that can be represented on-chain effectively must be *entirely* on chain like BTC for example. Even stablecoins don’t really make sense, if someone takes the money out of the account you don’t have shit, and issuers can freeze the tokens in your wallet

Hey everyone,
I'm looking to run a quick legitimacy check on a marketing/shilling contact operating on Telegram under the name Karim.
He doesn't have a public @ username handle set up on Telegram, which immediately raises a red flag regarding trackability and accountability. Before committing any capital for promotional services, I wanted to gather feedback from anyone here who might have interacted with him:
Engagement quality: Did he deliver legitimate human reach/volume, or was it entirely artificial bot activity?
Accountability: Has anyone encountered issues with non-delivery or ghosting after payment?
If you have worked with him or have his unique numerical Telegram User ID to cross-reference, please drop a comment or send a DM. Trying to keep marketing channels clean and verify credentials before moving forward. Appreciate any insights!

I use my own app but that makes a good point actually , I have the ability to track any wallet AFTER I see it has made a move but I don't have a search bar to actually input a wallet ID to look up 🤔 is this something people would want ?

Hello, my account is restricted and my BTC withdrawal has been on hold since on the 13th. My 0.27035 Bitcoin withdrawal to my external bitcoin wallet

with Ledger ID: FTKUvJc-L3KDFiJiZQx3Yz0F5L8mHU has been held since on the 13th now. I have received no email communication or dashboard alerts. Please have a senior compliance supervisor review my file and contact me immediately to verify and release my bitcoin in my external bitcoin wallet. The bot promised an email within 5 days, and it has been more than a week, since on the 13th. Attend to my Ticket #21974361. Thank you.

Probably a basic question but I'd rather ask it than assume.
Background: a relative passed in March and left a small amount of crypto behind. Nobody else in the family goes anywhere near this stuff, so I got handed the job by default. I once explained what a seed phrase is at a family dinner, and apparently that made me the resident expert.
First attempt was the proper route. Signed up on Kraken, uploaded ID, waited, then got a request for an extra document. No issue with KYC existing, I understand why it's there. But for the size of what we're dealing with it started feeling disproportionate and what actually bugged me was the idea of funds sitting frozen halfway through verification while I chase paperwork.
Then I saw a comment in some other thread about no account swap services being fine for small amounts. So I ran a test roughly $60 of ETH into LTC. LTC only because it's cheap to move and easy to verify, I have zero interest in holding it.
Landed in about 20 minutes and that was that.
Which is kind of why I'm posting. It was so painless that I've been quietly suspicious of it ever since.
So the actual question are no account swaps generally considered acceptable for small amounts when it's your own wallet sending and your own wallet receiving?

Or is there something I'm not seeing, past the obvious stuff like triple checking the address, never typing the seed anywhere, making sure the site isn't a lookalike clone.
Not fishing for legal or tax opinions. Just want a clearer picture of the practical risk before I touch anything larger.

I speak on this after talking in detail with law enforcement who do this stuff all day long.
Whether you call it a wallet ID or not, they do. Whether you call it a government exchange or not, they do.
They can get everything.

>through a government exchange
That's not a thing. Exchanges are generally not run by any govs.
>your wallet ID
That's not a thing. Address is not a wallet or ID.
>seize/freeze your wallet.
Not without you giving it up. Exchange account is not a wallet. Wallet can be shaken out of you but nobody can freeze your ability to send it other than physical detainment. At that point it's not a bitcoin problem, you got a whole other issue.
Can you list all my bitcoin addresses? Or just one, any single one I've ever used.

I'm experiencing what appears to be a WebAuthn/Passkey issue on Binance and would like to know if anyone can reproduce it.
# Environment
* **OS:** Linux Mint 22.3
* **YubiKey:** YubiKey 5 NFC
* **Firmware:** 5.7.4
* **Browsers tested:**
* Brave 1.92.143 (Chromium 150.0.7871.182)
* Chromium 150.0.7871.124
* Both browsers produce the exact same behavior.
# Steps to reproduce
1. Log in to Binance.
2. Go to **Security → Passkeys / Security Keys**.
3. Add a new security key using the YubiKey.
4. The browser:
* asks for the YubiKey FIDO2 PIN,
* then the YubiKey LED starts blinking,
* I touch the security key,
* Binance reports that the key has been successfully added.
5. Binance immediately sends the confirmation email saying that a new passkey/security key has been added.
Everything appears to complete successfully.
# Problem
After logging out:
1. I enter my email address.
2. I click **Continue with passkey**.
3. The browser again asks for the YubiKey PIN.
4. The YubiKey LED blinks.
5. I touch the key.
6. The browser returns:
>
Authentication always fails.
# Additional observations
* Binance displays the registered credential as:

Security Key on Linux
Cross Device
which seems unusual for a USB YubiKey.
* Deleting the registered key from Binance **also requires** entering the YubiKey PIN and touching the key, so Binance clearly recognizes the YubiKey during sensitive operations.
# YubiKey verification
FIDO2 is enabled and working normally.
`ykman info`:
Device type: YubiKey 5 NFC
Firmware version: 5.7.4
FIDO2: Enabled
Resident credentials stored on the key:
google.com
login.microsoft.com
reddit.com
No Binance credential is listed.
Other websites (Google, Microsoft, Reddit) work correctly with the same YubiKey.
# What I've already tested
* Removed and recreated the key multiple times.
* Tried with the key already inserted and inserted during the process.
* Tested with both Brave and Chromium.
* Same result every time.
# Question
Has anyone else on Linux experienced this?
Could this be a Binance WebAuthn issue (credential creation not completing correctly or RP ID mismatch), or is there a known compatibility issue with Linux browsers and Binance passkeys?
Any insight from the Binance team or users who have successfully configured a YubiKey on Linux would be greatly appreciated.

It’s not free. Every transaction is traceable.
I can buy the used lawnmower from the dude down the street with cash, a silver coin, a case of beer, or a whole lot of things and the government and the rest of the world have no clue that the transaction happened. They can’t tax it or stop it.
But if I use bitcoin to buy that lawnmower, that transaction is recorded in a public way on the blockchain whether through a government exchange or even through peer to peer. It has to get back on the blockchain. And that’s how the government can see the transaction, your wallet ID and they can track it and tax you… or eventually they can figure out how to seize/freeze your wallet.
When I thought Bitcoin would lead to greater freedom I was all in on it. Not anymore.

Most ATM don't require KYC if you buy under certain amount. If they do in your country, look up BISQ, Robosats, HodlHodl, PeachBitcoin or Vexl. They don't care about ID.

Those ATM machines charge absolutely nutty fees. I've seen some as high as 20% markup on BTC value. May I ask what motivated you to use them? Is it a necessity (like lack of banking) or some other underlying reason I'm not thinking of?
Back in the day one could buy BTC in those machines w.o KYC, which could warrant high fees for some. But from what I understand that's been changed a while ago and now all machines require a valid ID.

CashApp has KYC when you purchase BTC. You'll have to do a face and ID scan. That being said, you can add cash to a CashApp account and then use it to buy BTC.

No. You clearly don't understand either PoW or PoS. The whole idea behind a "proof of" mechanism is to limit voting power in a sybil-resistant way. Since the network is anonymous, you can't simply ask people to show an ID to guarantee that one person gets exactly one vote.
In PoW, this is achieved by proving computational work, based on the assumption that computing power is expensive and difficult to scale. The more computing power you control, the more voting power you have.
In PoS, voting power is tied to the amount of Ethereum you have staked. At the end of the day, the underlying principle is the same: in both systems, your voting power is limited by how much money you're willing to invest. In PoW, you spend it on hardware and electricity. In PoS, you spend it on Ethereum.
The only real difference is that PoS doesn't waste electricity or hardware. There's no strong arguments in favor of PoW anymore.

>Just want to point out that there is no 100% privacy solution (out of the box) for bitcoin.
Agreed, there isn't one. The LN just provides an incredible boost to privacy when the user stays on it. Getting on LN without sending someone a copy of the ID helps tremendously too.
Even privacy shitcoins can be traced when people jump between chains.
