hi, i made a post on CryptoCurrency but didn't get replies regarding the vouchers. i have to make a payment today, but it looks like crypto is the only option.
i opened a crypto wallet and did the ID stuff but because im in the UK, i have to wait 24 hours before i can use it and by then the thing i want to buy will be processed on Monday because of the weekend and i would just rather do it today.
i googled and saw that i can buy a crypto voucher and use that instead but since i don't know anything about crypto i don't know which ones are safe to use. is cryptovoucher.io okay? or should i get an app. ive tried searching it on reddit but don't see any results about it. is it not a common thing?

We’re considering implementing this as a specific feature in our product and not as a general service (we currently perform ID, liveness, and wealth verifications).
Your comment does remind me I should temper my expectations though and keep it pretty simple.

Bybit has suspended my withdrawals, and I’m getting increasingly frustrated with the way this is being handled.
When I first contacted support, I was told that the issue would be resolved soon and that I just needed to wait.
The next time, I was told to wait a little longer.
After that, they told me to wait **3 more days**.
Now, a full **week has passed**, and today I was told that my case is still being reviewed by the **Compliance Team**. They keep repeating that they cannot provide a specific date for when the withdrawal suspension will be lifted.
At this point, I have no idea how long I’m expected to wait or whether there is actually any progress being made.
I’ve also seen quite a few other people reporting similar withdrawal/compliance issues with Bybit. So I wanted to ask:
**Is this common with Bybit? Has anyone else experienced a withdrawal suspension like this?**
If you’ve had a similar case, how long did it take for your withdrawals to be restored? Did your case eventually get resolved?
For reference:
**UID:** 493989599
**Appeal ID:** W202608281844A0EB0EB5BA5DFB0F6A
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through something similar.

So I got a email saying I had a new log in , first I tought it was just a late email since I logged into my account on my phone some hours earlier but then I got a message on my phone. I proceeded to lock my account and went through the chat bot to change passcode and everything (I had 2FA and a auth app too). The chat bot took me to a domain called “cs.crypto.com/?customerIdentificationId=(the ID of the chat“the website to check if it was official Crypto.com domain and it said it was not.
So I am kinda worried because even tho it was from the official chatbot support it said it was not official
To verify my identity, I didn’t thought much about it since it was official bot website , but then me being stupid only after finishing the ID verification used link ,so I wanted to know if anyone had a similar experience or k ones why the official support sent me to a link that their own anti phishing says its not official.
Sorry if it’s confusing or bad English I’m working and typing this between small breaks.

**You either have a wallet already, or you can buy BTC through a C2C/P2P platform. So this post makes me suspicious. If you have no ID and no wallet, what’s the actual reason you need to buy crypto this way? Is there something about the source of the money that you don’t want to explain?**

We would love to see your screenshots and transaction ID. And if there is actually an issue, you are welcome to open a ticket and we could have solved it in no time.
But the first red flag from your post is that we have 18+ confirmations on Bitcoin, that's not the case. It's never been the case. It's always been 3.
We are a small beta exchange, still building, not ever have there been "missing funds".

I think the issue is slightly different here. The analogy is more to "I left my wallet and ID papers". As we say, "not your keys, not your coins". So if someone has the keys, how can you prove it wasn't theirs? If you dispute that, then doesn't that break the fundamentals of what it means to be your own bank?

If you’re buying with a debit card, your KYCing yourself through the credit card or debit card or bank that it’s attached to.
And if that’s the case, you might as well use a proper legitimate Avenue or brokerage
The one exception would be those prepaid debit cards where you can load say up to 1000 bucks at Walmart onto it.
I’m not sure if they ask for ID when you buy one of those prepaid debit cards
Capeesh?

Will you accept a debit/credit card payment from a stranger who doesn't want to share their ID with you, if the payment can get pulled back because the card was stolen?

It is not removed. You either made a mistake or you don’t look for the right transaction.
What are you doing when you are searching the blockchain? What transaction ID do you use?
You need either an address or a transaction ID, otherwise you will not find it.
You don’t have either of those, that’s why you didn’t find it.

Hi there,

We kindly remind you that we never call our users or we never ask them to call us in any circumstances. You can enter a URL, email address, phone number, Telegram, or social media accounts to check if the source is verified and officially from Binance.
On the other hand, you can connect with our support team via live chat [www.binance.com/en/chat](http://www.binance.com/en/chat) or from the headphone icon at the top right on the app's homepage even before logging to any accounts as visitor so we can check it together.
Please be sure that you are following the instructions below to connect with an agent:
Once you are on chat, click on "Continue as visitor and Get support” to reach the chat bot. Select a topic by pressing “+” icon. (Bot FAQs) When the bot answers, select "Unsolved" and click "Not relevant", then "Yes, transfer to customer support". We will assign an agent to assist you as soon as possible!

If you can't pass the chat bot, you can share your case ID with us so we can assign someone for you manually. Thanks! -MK

First thing I'd do is save every email, transaction ID, and screenshot, then contact support through the official site only. I wouldn't send any extra "unlock fee" or trust DMs offering recovery help. If they keep stonewalling, I'd file a complaint with the relevant financial regulator. Hopefully it's just a routine compliance review and gets cleared soon.
