That isn’t a text-only view. It’s Outlook rendering the HTML message without images. A true text-only email client would be something like Pine in a Linux console.
If you actually want to investigate the message, click **File → Properties** and inspect the message details. Don’t rely on your “text view” because it doesn't give you any information about real sender or validation checks.

Used to scrape pinnacle limits off their site a while back but they started obfuscating the HTML pretty aggressively. Ended up just watching the betslip behavior since it'll reject anything above the current limit, not elegant but it works if you only need a few markets.
