careful there. FIU registration is anti money laundering, not a SEBI licence, so those gold, oil and index contracts are crypto-settled with none of the NSE/MCX protections. if they count as VDA it's a flat 30% tax plus TDS and losses can't be set off. MCX does gold and crude through a normal broker.
