Dude, have you EVER used any decent bitcoin/monero/usdt/usdc app in your life? when you scan a qr code with the address and amount, you LITERALLY see what you are paying for, then you just approve and sign the transaction. THERE IS NO WAY the guy inject something weird in the qr code, else it would FAIL in your app.
