I tried my hand in this going short ETH/BTC futures in the Spring of 2024. ETH etf came out in May and rekt me. I then went long ETH/BTC in Q4 2024. Expensive lessons were learned.

Lol. Go read some economics.
Even if you have $20,000 in ETH, going to $12.5k alone wouldn’t make you a financial elite. This shit ain’t paying dividends too anyway.

*Ethereum will be the premier platform that AI Agent swarms will be using to exchange value and assets.*
*2027: Trillions of Agents, each controlling a wallet, deploying smart contracts and exchanging stablecoins.*
*Somehow, the Eternal Crab will keep ETH's price somewhere around $3000.*

It’s really not genius, it’s just trading the ETH/BTC cross pair. And if you take the time to review the historical chart you can see that the volatility can be much higher than trading ETH or BTC alone.

I’m hedged either way but the bears are running out of runway. If we don’t see a stock market correction forming by late September (in 2 weeks) the bottom is in for Bitcoin and definitely ETH. By mid October I’m probably going to be almost fully deployed. I will keep a little cash and won’t be buying after October so if a black swan occurs, I can take advantage.

For me, ETH seems like the internet. The internet itself has no value. It’s the companies using it that have value. So if stocks get tokenized, it will be the trading companies that become more valuable, not ETH.

I would love to see the the ETH price chart overlayed here . If he was trading this ratio alone he would have god like timing

Not knowing when to sell is the killer part. If you sell when ETH doubles, then come to find out later that it quadrupled, I’d want to off myself. Just imagine the BTC owners who sold it all when it finally hit $1000.

Hi, I am trying to start Trading. I have been using the Paper Trading on TradingView and understand it all now and confident with how to use it. I want to trade like this ETH/USD → Open → live P&L → SL/TP → Close. Like I have been practising.
However, being in the UK this is impossible. Is there anyway around this or any other way similar using alternative brokers etc. Or am I cooked and never going to be able to Scalp trade like this in the UK with a small trading account due to regulations.
Please help and give any advice if you can. Thank you very much in advance.

You need ETH to move the RWA's. Even if we abstract gas to other currencies, it still all converts down into ETH. Will ETH be the most expensive market cap ever? Unlikely. But it absolutely will not be free or considered worthless.

sorry mate but the majority of people who put 1k into ETH aren't going to become the financial elite regardless of what price it hits.
Now hurry up with my order of fries

$50–100/month is totally fine to start. I’d keep it simple with BTC/ETH rather than spreading $5 across 10 different coins

Hey OP, sorry to burst your bubble, but one thing I've learned in crypto is never count your eggs before the hatch, there are multiple crypto that are eating ETH lunch, like SOL which is faster, cheaper and made more than 60% of all crypto transactions, don't get me wrong, I owned both but I don't see ETH been more successful than SOL, but only time will tell

It’s about real world adoption and transaction volumes. Long term, I think the entire stock market will end up on blockchains. And that’s just one piece of the pie that drives ETH long term value.

How does this help ETH, that’s the question.
You buy the stocks, not eth. And fees (burn) is way too low.

I tend to agree that an ETH repricing to new levels is coming within the next 2 years. The tokenization of stocks and other assets is actually happening right now.

Gentlemen, it is with great pleasure to say that Ethereum finally looks good and strong. Many of you here probably held belief in Ethereum for a very long time. Most of us didn't take profits in 2025 because we all thought ETH was about to go into price discovery mode and teleport \*WAY HIGHER\*. That didn't happen but in retrospect, it doesn't matter as long as you have strong belief.
We've been in a huge range for the past years, and now that we're in an institutional cycle, all the clues point to very high price targets. In this universe, there is a chance we will see \*many\* cryptocurrencies sitting above $1 trillion market cap and you can bet that Ethereum is going to be one of them.
Consider silver which is now $3.6 trillions. Gold which is $30 trillions!
THERE IS a legitimate chance we may see ETH > $12.5k
122m x $15k = $1.8T
122m x $30k = $3.6T

These years have been rough, and if they teach us something, it is that if you ever adjust your price targets for ETH, do it to increase your targets, not lower them. Don't underestimate what Ethereum can do. When all things play out, we're about to become crypto's new financial elite.
Slowly, then all at once.
