I didnt realise DOGE was still a thing, educate me please guys, whats the roadmap these days, is there actually any future in doge?

We see things very similarly.
The only thing on your list I'd quibble with is the U.S. pursuing austerity; it's possible, but fiscal conservatism in the U.S. is IMO moreso a political position than an economic one. A few illustrations are 1) the implementation of means testing and the dismantling of higher education support are simply bad economic policy but are popular/effective ways for Republicans to wield economic policy to support their domestic political strategy, 2) the failure of DOGE as a similarly political project under the guise of economic policy, 3) Republicans having repeatedly failed to produce even a draft healthcare policy despite that being by far the most obvious target for effective results via austerity or reform, and similarly very little discussion from any side in social security, and finally 4) that neither side is seriously proposing platforms or making any effort to pay down the national debt.
My perspective is that fiscal conservatism is dead in the United States in any real sense. Republicans don't want to do anything that would risk economic stagnation, and Democrats are at worst pragmatic. And to put the tombstone in its grave, Trump casually suggested yesterday that inflation might wipe out the national debt. Maybe in ten years we'll see social security and healthcare as austerity targets but right now there's no will for it except as a target for reform from the progressive Dems.
I'd also add to your list a generally more extractionist approach toward U.S. allies, a focus on industrialization (though realities and policy implementation may not actually support that) more tacitly accepted multipolar geopolitics, with the U.S. putting significant focus on South American alignment (via coercion or force if necessary).
But who knows how much of this survives after this admin. The military and military-industrial realignment will likely keep IMO. I expect the U.S. will try to walk back its bully image and try for a 'fair' (but still less beneficent than previously) approach to foreign affairs. But I very much expect Trump to leave office either amidst or on the inevitable precipice of a disastrous economic situation, which makes it hard to be too confident in where any of this goes except for the obvious.

Musk said that Tesla didn’t need the tax credit. And then he was in a position of power (DOGE) when the government he worked for and aligned with in various elections decided to eliminate it.

Have my miners running full scrypt and converting to PEP. Any doubts have long gone. With great respect in the bigger communities for POW, showing up at the BTC and litecoin summits. While I understand that normal hurdles still exist, the leadership does listen to the community and continues to build our network by creating new opportunities. If your old school DOGE ‘14 - this is nostalgia calling.

I've been through enough DOGE dips to know that the first few hours are always the loudest. Then, as if nothing happened, everyone calms down.

DOGE is programmed to punish anyone holding and be less and less profitable for anyone who holds.

Efficiency is a sacred management word that absolve any manager of blame for any negative consequences in it’s pursuit. Look at Boeing or DOGE.

$PEP is a frog themed memeCOIN (NOT TOKEN!) with its own blockchain. It's simply better and has better use cases than all the other pepe themed tokens. A lot of people already use it as it has cheap transaction fees, it's merge mineable with DOGE and LTC, you can mint NFTs on it etc etc. It's a whole ecosystem not just a token made for pump and dump. The project has been around since January of 2024 and the devs are still working on it and delivering just like they did from day one.
It's a legit crypto project and community just like DOGE was in It's early days.
PEP has a market cap of around 10 million USD right now. For us to do a 100x we would only need 1 billion USD market cap.
Now compare that with PEPE (ETH token, not even a real coin). They are already sitting at 1 billion USD+ market cap. For them to do a 100x they would need 100 billion USD mcap which is basically impossible.
All in all PEP is a better bet if you want big gains. Buy before we take off 🐸🚀

Exit target idk. Maybe 10 to 15 years from now. Remember this is money that realistically would have disappearetd anyway on dumb shit. I consider this a long term nest egg. Also I think SHIB has a long way to grow in terms of crypto cycling. It is the cheapest and highest utility with history. Also the burn on transaction would benefit from cycling off high cost crypto cycling off to cheaper crypto for more value. For example. If DOGE passes ATH. the most plausible greed move would be to cycle into something cheaper that would present long term or future profit that you can wait for. SHIB is perfect for that.

Zooming into the 1H, DOGE is still trading inside the accumulation zone I marked from the daily timeframe.
What’s interesting here is the compression happening inside the range. We’ve got a pretty clear descending trendline forming the top of a wedge, while the larger structure underneath is still holding.
The idea is that this smaller timeframe structure could give us an early indication of direction **before price actually leaves the daily accumulation zone**.
A clean break and hold above the descending trendline would strengthen the bullish case. If price keeps rejecting it and eventually loses the lower part of the accumulation range, then obviously that changes the picture.
For now it’s basically getting squeezed tighter and tighter. Watching to see which side gives first.

But I'm hopeful DOGE could reach $1 someday soon

I’m literally replenishing my bag .. I got up to 974 and then had to sell 5 times in the last 6 months to cover living expenses.. I think I can add back 80 to 100 to my 440 I’m currently holding.. the goal is to get to 800 by year end … I simply do not see a better crypto than LTC.. no one uses XRP, ZEC or XMR or DOGE Those have no adopted utility.. BTC, LTC and ETH are the most common non stable coins .. I was disappointed we did not retest the 400 ATH in 2025 (like us all) .. 2029 should be the Bull year but I think the cycle is now different so optimistically I’m smoking the hopium pipe and hoping we get to 200 by July. After the dumb parabolic move Ztash did.

We've seen it all here on Reddit. Safemoon, DOGE, etc. Memes and schemes but nothing but dreams...
But I ain't kidding. **We are literally never selling.**

My guy told me about the latest StonkFun eco-system, where RobinHood users jokingly proclaim that these memecoins will one day assume board-seats.
And we laughed.
But then it clicked...
What if someone creates a memecoin with 3% buy/sell tax that automatically distributes $RDDT stock to their holders generated by the fee system.
And if a serious team bought up the floor and created a **forever locked treasury**, that initially would try to buy back as much of the supply as possible, and eventually, using all those tokens to generate enough stocks through fees to claim a board-seat at a company.
And jokingly, the holders of the token would be the first regularly paid Reddit "mods" in existence.

Crazy idea, right?

DOGE looks like it’s just chilling in accumulation after that leg up. Proper make or break area now. Could obviously go either way, but looking at the bigger picture and how low DOGE still is, I’m leaning bullish. 📈
