I’m posting this because I honestly don’t know what else to do at this point.
At the beginning of May, Revolut halted my account and froze around €7,000 of my funds
without giving me a clear explanation. After months of waiting and going through their process, they eventually agreed to return the remaining balance.
I provided them with a third-party IBAN where the money could be transferred.
On September 22nd Revolut sent me a receipt confirming that the refund had sbeen sent
However, the money has still not arrived.
I have the transfer document from Revolut, but the funds are nowhere to be seen in the receiving account.
my money was frozen at the beginning of May, I went through months of waiting and dealing with the situation, and when Revolut finally says they have refunded me, the refund still doesn't arrive.
I have already provided all the information requested, waited 5 months, provided a valid IBAN for the refund, and finally received confirmation that the money had been sent.
And now I’m stuck again, with no money and no clear explanation.
At this point, I genuinely feel like I’m being taken for a fool.
If Revolut says the refund was sent on September 22nd, then I would expect them to be able to trace exactly where the money went.
I would really appreciate an explanation from Revolut:

I just want the money that belongs to me to actually reach the account I provided.
At this point, after everything I’ve already been through, this honestly feels like a complete joke.
If anyone has experienced something similar please let me know how you managed to resolve it.
I’ve also heard that Revolut recently had customers' private documents stolen, and now they have the audacity to steal and withhold customers' money as well. What should I do take legal action to get what I’m rightfully owed? As if the damage itself wasn't enough, now there's this mockery to deal with, too?

Hey yall! I won this giveaway on whatnot app and I’m pretty versed in metals but never seen anything like this. Very interesting. If anyone has info on Sothebys? I believe they are a jewelry company. It says .4 grams of gold and I think wood? Probably like an older pinch of gold for services maybe or shipwreck? Idk.
