Welcome to a monopoly... They essentially have the best overall fees for what you get so there is really no other place to go to get what they have and they know it. I've fought and fought and fought to NO AVAIL. And when they run out of "try this and try that's" they will just IGNORE YOU!!! I had an issue recently and decided to complain to head office "so to speak". The response was INSTANT... almost embarrassing for me... but NOTHING CHANGED. I got a call from somewhere in the US to see what was up. Guess what they did... did you try this or that? Didn't work? Ok- I'll "look into it." I guess "something" happened as I got an email a week or so later to try the latest release... sound familiar... well it actually did fix ONE of my complaints but they reset another custom setting and it almost looks like they took the selection out to custom it again. At least I can't find it now. Now I have mouse over popups on my screens that just hang there. Sorry I wish there was better news but that's life with IBKR and it's REALLY FRUSTRATING!!!
