I've been with Fidelity since the early '80s, long before websites, when everything was either handled at the branch, or by mail. After the website was available, things generally worked well. ATP was ok. Even the first pass of the app was decent. I don't know what's occurred in the last 18 months. Everything they touch is a step backward. There's no consistency in interface...every page seems to be designed by somebody different who didn't talk to anyone else. Tools appear and disappear. It's pretty evident that even the support folks are frustrated and sick of hearing about it.

I mocked up what you're sharing in Active Trader Pro Classic (ATP Classic), and the trade ticket currently does include trailing orders. Are you referring to a chart, the trade ticket, or another tool in the program where you're not seeing your trailing bid and ask? Any specifics you give will help us research your issue.

We have not received reports similar to yours. We escalated this to our developers and can confirm that any of the most recent updates for Active Trader Pro (ATP) Legacy should not have affected memory usage. We will continue to review this; however, at this time, we recommend trying to troubleshoot from the computer's end.
- Log out and back in
- Restart the device
- Redownload the ATP

I have about 4% of my portfolio in this ATP. Not much but still in lakhs so I’m a bit concerned 🙃

Regarding ATP Classic, do I have to export each position’s lot one position at a time? Or can I expand all and then import all?

I find that the easiest way to download lot-specific data for an entire account it to utilize our Active Trader Pro (ATP) Classic application. Although it's our legacy trading platform, it can still be found and downloaded from the bottom of the Fidelity Trader+ landing page. I'll provide a direct link below.

Once logged in to ATP Classic, follow the steps below to download your position data.
1. Select "Accounts" at the top left and select "Positions"
2. Choose an account in the drop-down box
3. Click the arrow to the left of a symbol to view lot details
4. Right-click the lot details, select "Export," and then choose either ".csv" or "Excel"
With that said, we've received feedback on this feature before regarding bringing it to other platforms. As such, I'll include your post in said feedback, as hearing it again from other users helps our devs prioritize future updates.
