That is a very good question, Dario. The day after ANT opens for trading, there will be 2x, -1x and -2x ETFs tracking it. And whichever way ANT goes, I will know what to do. If or when it goes to zero.. my goodness, man, that will be... beautiful. (wipes tears)

Google (AMZN and to a lesser extent NVDA) have probably more interest in ANT succeeding than they themselves.

would you still love me if I was an ANT?

Who is buying ANT? A part of me says it will drop at IPO.
But another part says FULL PORT!

Are we gonna see a Theranos style scandal from $ANT

Only way for orcl to get out of the woods is to have such ridiculous pricing power that the hyperscalers go into even bigger debt to rent/help build their datacenters. Which... would rely on $ANT and Openais IPOs.

LMAO remember $NASA was over $40 before $SPCX cursed the space trade. $ANT IPO will be a sell the news event.

I will tranche it. 25% of my planned holdings right away.
This company is a no Brainerd. I swear people just simply dont see the actual market potential. Sure, it will take a bit for some companies to use it wisely (skills gap), but its coming.
Just look at what AJG and AON have said about AI.
Finally, ANT has already cut token costs and become more competitive with open weights especially if you consider infrastructure. And license nightmare of open weights in large companies.
Then give ANT access to 250b in cash, and see what they do.

The foundation of almost everything is open AI and ANT. No earnings, no moat, slowing growth. Most money spent in history. Biggest bubble in history. Gamble if you want, but be prepared to lose everything.

I fully agree we are probably starting a second keg of AI euphoria once we get past the midterms Iran and ANT gets listed

I'm going to take 3-5% of my portfolio into it (also long Alphabet and Amazon).
Why? I work for a software company that does AI with dozens of companies outside of software. Thing old school industries like railroads, oil, coal, etc.
These guys are burning tokens like it is going out of style and they are all burning them through Co-pilot. Co-pilot gives you options and every f-ing IT group is giving them Opus 5.5.
These guys are using it everywhere for most trivial tasks. I swear they can't even sort a spreadsheet without AI these days .
Cost per token my come down, but they'll be serving 10^64 as many tokens by 2030.
And cost of serving today's intelligence will drop by 99.99999%. can't say what tomorrow's intelligence will cost to serve, but will be less.
OpenAI and ANT will be making a trillion in revenue and sending half of it to hyperscalers. Money to be made all around.

Maybe but a lot of money is in that circle jerk and I cant tell if they're trying to tank ANT and take the talent or profit yet

GOOG ad revenue growth slowed from 17% to 12% YoY due to AI overview pulling users away from links. This also hit RDDT's DAU hard.
Investors see GOOG as a money printing machine due to search engine ad revenue, Q3 earnings demonstrated that is being eaten by AI search engine replacement.
Next they looked at the $200B+ in CapEx this year killing GOOGs cash flow (-$9B in Q3 alone). Their net cash position plummeted $71.5B YoY (50%).
All of a sudden GOOG is no longer looking like a cash rich company printing money on ad revenue. They are burning money for an AI product thats killing their ad revenue. And they're a solid step behind OAI & ANT on the AI front.
The downturn has everything to do with AI and is not not algorithm selling. Its informed investors that are taking gains to hedge against oncoming risks.

Yeah I think functionally there’s a way for OAI and ANT to keep it watertight but stuff like this is bad marketing toward enterprises on the fence. They scare companies away and will likely ultimately lower the TAM for the foundational model providers.

Basically they took loans from these companies agreeing to pay them for infrastructure whether they use it or not and in order to make money back they all deluded and bought ANT. It wont hurt them, ANT will be auto bought by the index funds anyways. But it was really fucking stupid for anthropic to agree to that. Sorry, I said SpaceXSI was the 3rd biggest bank, it's the 2nd

[Posted](https://www.reddit.com/r/wallstreetbets/s/TbuH948VYV) a couple of weeks ago about the AI trade. Got a truckload of negative comments, some positive as well.
Well my whole thesis is that we we're a couple of years into an AI capex cycle, with a couple more to go.
The market since then has really taken a hit, but on the other hand we got these insights during earnings season:
**1. META**: Capital raise through a new share class that would allow the company to raise 700bn, while Zuck continues to control the company. 700bn is not a target, but a ceiling. Still pretty crazy throwing that number as a possibility.
**2. Amazon**: Jassy said they think this might be a 10-20 yr investment cycle, going FCF negative and also guiding 40%+ growth for AWS for the next 2 years. Think growing 40% for 2 years at that scale. They had never given 2 year guidance on AWS growth. There is an a16z interview (mid-oct), where he basically explains his long term view on AWS, that demand is across the board and not concentrated in ANT or OpenAI.
**3. Google**: Leaving aside Search results, cloud business booming. So much that they had to rent short term compute capacity to cover demand for clients. On the back of this, also, raising capex, FCF negative. Already did an 80bn or so capital raise plus issuing a fair amount of debt over the past months.
**4. Intel**: mixed results, PC getting hurt on the back of memory prices. Also, signaling that memory scarcity will remain. Crazy AI demand for CPUs (confirmed by Meta and Microsoft as well)
**5. SK Hynix**: Crazy guidance, scarcity until 2030 according to them. I would say that is on the aggressive end, but many other players are also extending the shortages from 2027 to 2028 (directionally in line).
I think we are in a max pressure environment (oil, rates, midterms...). But these are the set ups where you make real money; when everyone is pulling away and there is a huge disconnect between fundamentals and people in the AI frontline, and boomer money managers covering their asses or HFs blowing up.
I would just say, don't lever up to the tits, maybe just to the belly button... if we get some sort of de-escalation in middle east the dominos will fall fast (lower oil, lower rates, risk on mode all on the back of much better AI fundamentals), but be prepared to maintain your positions and don't get liquidated.
Top picks -> **SK Hynix** (most uncontracted capacity in the memory space) / **Nebius** (Short-term contracts on their compute capacity, will benefit from increasing compute spot prices and has a much more conservative capital structure compared to others, tons of execution risk though) -> **Broadcom,** **Vertiv, Arista Networks, GE Vernova, TSMC, ASML** (less short-term upside than SK and NBIS, but very long runway to continue to compound).

I’m no expert, but I think a lot of evaluations are up in the air until after the Anthropic IPO, which will create a new public company almost as large as the mag seven. I could see mag7 prices falling as money leaves them to invest in ANT
