Are regulators even capable of keeping up if AI agents start making financial decisions faster than humans can react to them?

Interesting narrative, honestly. Anything combining AI infrastructure, zk tech, and high-frequency finance is getting attention fast this cycle. New listings like this usually bring crazy volatility early on, so liquidity and execution matter a lot more than people think. I’ve been watching launches like these on BYDFi too, since smaller-cap pairs there often move pretty aggressively once momentum kicks.

How so? AI is disagreeing with this statement

Formal verification sounds like a great direction, especially if AI can help make it more practical. But I don’t think it replaces the hacker/red-team approach - it needs to work alongside it.
You still need adversarial people trying to break the system, because formal verification only proves the code matches the spec. If the spec misses a real-world attack vector, the proof can still be “correct” while the system is vulnerable.
So the ideal approach is both: use AI, formal verification, fuzzing, audits, and full-time red teams. Let hackers find the dangerous failure modes, then use formal verification to prove those failure modes cannot happen.

It’s a valid concern. As more trading and decision-making becomes automated, feedback loops between AI systems could amplify volatility far faster than traditional markets are used to handling.

The real challenge is that regulation and risk controls usually move much slower than the technology itself.

My take is that AI use will become very limited once one or two major financial catastrophes happen.
We keep treating it as a solution to all of our problems when in reality it will probably cause more problems than it will solve.

irrelevant now. No matter what catastrophe is wrought by AI, that genie is out the bottle. I doubt we can even remove it from all it's entangled with. "Lessons will be Learnt" and onward we'll go. There's just too much money in it now.

I think these cross-market campaigns are probably the future honestly.
Most people don’t want to manage 3 or 4 separate platforms anymore just to get exposure to crypto, AI, stocks, or commodities. Seeing exchanges bridge those worlds together makes the experience feel much more modern.
And tying rewards to tech narratives like AI stocks definitely catches attention faster than standard crypto-only incentives.

It always felt like I was talking to AI and I accused it of being AI several times. They insisted I was speaking to a real person.. Only once it was handed off to a supervisor that it only sort of feel like a real person.

I am on a markets sub because i have investments and I like to follow good investment advice and keep updated. I am saying time will tell because the entire AI industry is companies investing in each other. It only takes some triggers to bring it all down. But depending on good decision making by the govt and such impacts faced by some corporations might be less compared to others. NVIDIA might be one of them, maybe not.
Bitcoin on the other hand might start mooning again soon due to clarity + people losing trust in regular investment. But then on the other hand if they suddenly have more breakthroughs and quantum breaks a key, entire crypto will collapse if they havent proofed it yet.
So yeah this is what i mean by time will tell. But if you think otherwise then be my guest.
And this is why i said maybe hedge the bets. Although my advice would be to keep cash in hand - everythings gonna crash soon in my personal opinion.

This is the underrated angle. It is not just NVDA. SpaceX IPO whenever it comes is going to suck a meaningful chunk of attention and capital out of the same pool BTC has been drinking from. Add Stripe if they ever go public, add the next wave of AI infra names, and the "where do I put fresh capital for asymmetric upside" question has five real answers in 2026 instead of one in 2021.
That is what the ETF flow data is starting to show in my opinion. Not capitulation, just rotation toward stories with quarterly numbers.
