It's not really adding diversification, it's adding weight to Europe within the portfolio and adding weight to FTSE 100.
I'd need to check, but I'm confident that the All World includes the major European stocks, including the FTSE 100 and the STOX 600 also includes the FTSE 100. So you are holding the FTSE 100 three times. Again, not a problem if this is intentional. But it's not diversification.
