FFLC weathered the downturn in 2021 rather well and has outperformed the market by a good chunk consistently since it was rebranded from FMIL and its risk/return ratio seems a lot better in that time than VOO or the like, in particular, I like that it is less tech-focused while still maintaining great returns, I feel a lot of the big tech stocks are overvalued and due for a correction at some point. The downsides are that it is actively managed and it is on the newer side.

SPMO is sort of my QQQ alternative, as I said, I'm wary about too much tech but I wanted something a little more aggressive and this seemed to balance risk with returns pretty well. It has mostly tracked with the market downturns but has achieved returns that are above VOO and sometimes even above QQQ. It's existed for a decent amount of time as well if not super long.
