I hold some FGRO (FEQT but with, I think, 16% bonds) in tax-advantaged accounts. A backtest to 2022 shows a 1.2% annualized return in excess of the Vanguard equivalent, and that’s after fees.
As another commenter mentioned, keep an eye out for those CIBC/Avantis funds. I have little doubt I’ll switch over once they’re active. I like how Avantis structures their funds and, unlike DFA, they’re easy to understand rather than being purposely opaque.
