I am trying to use the analysis tool (under the More dropdown on the main portfolio page). For some of the ETFs, it is showing negative values, meaning a short position. In particular, it's doing this for the BOXX and BOXA ETFs. Maybe this is a result of how those ETFs are constructed internally? In the end, the total sum is correct, but it ends up showing an over 100% position under Stocks and then a negative position under Short-term, which just looks odd.

Also those ETFs really aren't stocks but are synthetic fixed-income instruments. Is there any way to manually classifiy them, or is that beyond what the tool will do? (e.g., I think something like Quicken lets you do that)
