I’ll have a look at ASVG and AVGC. I’m waiting a few months before I begin my initial deposit chunk and then proceed with weekly payments. So I’m using that time to research. I appreciate the gold insight. Not many people agree with it. But ive always loved loosing my money to gold on CFD (ive banned myself from it now.) only £400-£500 down but that was my limit. So id love to leave a few % on watching what gold does.

Good rationale, makes sense. On the Avantis funds look up AVSG and AVGC, same funds but traded in GBP on the LSE so you avoid paying the FX fee on every contribution. On gold, it's had a massive run recently but historically it spends long periods going nowhere, just worth keeping that in mind. Good luck
