Yeah, the guy said if something is traded in both Canada and the US, the system will display the US ticker under holdings for anything journaled into a USD account, even if you actually bought it in Canada.
He also said, after he came back from putting me on hold to ask other people if the display could be changed (which was a negative answer), that two other people he spoke with also confirmed it is the same security as ZSP.U even if displayed as the OTC ticker. But they said entering the TSX ticker manually in USD account when I want to sell some shares would still work. Guess I'll see.
