It is 100% with majority US. However, if you wanted to “diversify” your portfolio further, you *could* tilt Canada via VDY, Japan via ZJPN. Finally because XEQT is all equity with some cash holdings, what you’d then be missing are bonds.
A good way to allocate would be
90% XEQT, 10% ZAG (Without extra exposure)
70% XEQT, 10% VDY, 10% ZJPN and 10% ZAG (With)
Most folks will say 100% XEQT, and while they aren’t *wrong*, It doesn’t hurt to hold some bonds.
