I prefer BPY when it comes to REITs but you should be good with any of the decent quality ones. You get paid to wait for the recovery, too - my cost basis yield is something like 12%.
My biggest recovery position now and the one I'm highest-conviction about is Sabre (SABR) which is one of the Global Distribution System companies that aggregate and distribute airline seat availability, bookings, itineraries, etc. etc.
GDS companies are heavily exposed to the travel downturn, but they're asset-light software businesses that don't have the same massive cash burn you see with businesses like airlines. As travel volumes recover, GDS revenues will as well - even if airlines are discounting tickets to attract customers, GDS fees are a fixed toll.
A chunk of the returns are already gone since it jumped 38% yesterday on vaccine news. It's back off about 10% today though, and still far below pre-pandemic levels.
Amadeus (AMADY is the ADR) is another example.
