What's the best move to park 25k for fixed revenu right now? To somehow protect the capital but also to produce some revenues, to be able to access the revenue once a year and still keep all of it liquid (like no non redeemeble GICs). Are preferred shares still a thing? Or some high yield ETF like FCCD?
