Have you looked at the mine location on a map? Its fly in/fly out right now with no power, or roads. Its also landlocked.
They need like 200km of roads that can withstand winter, they need to construct mines that can withstand winter.
Then they also need to build a foundry/place to process the scandium ore so that way they are shipping out alloys and not rocks.
They are SO FAR from anything profitable.
That said - I hold SCD and will hold it for a while. I think if they can somehow get it all together and functional - that will indicate to me they are sitting on something super valuable because nobody is going to fund the level of infrastructure they would require to pull this off without a MASSIVE deposit.
