Zedcor is a short. Business has very little EBIT (more important metric than EBITDA) and trades at a $675M EV.
They added something like $12M EBITDA last year and over $40M of debt. That’s not sustainable.
It should be valued at 10x stabilized EBIT. Even if they increase their 2025 EBIT by 5x, and we value it at 10x EBIT, this should be trading at $150M EV. Deduct the debt and you have 85% downside.
Amazon is coming out with a competing product. Short.
