Give it a year or two. If you bought during a spike in WTI when everyone was talking shortages, that's kind of on you. Good entries make good investments. Not FOMO entries. TNZ was a buy in January, not April or May. Buy the rumor, sell the news sort of situation.
I still think you're safe. They're only getting started. As for CVVY, they've made more cash selling sulfur than they have gas this quarter. It'll help strengthen the ballance sheet, but they sell gas into the worst market in NA and they're operating some tough wells/fields in one of the higher cost areas. Might be time to think about an exit if you're up.
