The bank stocks lately react negatively to high oil prices and geopolitical instability but they rally again every time there is no bad news for a few days. This tells me there is still some upside, or at least that we will see the ATH again.

I'm hoping to find something close to a bottom, maybe early next year and if I could hold for a year and get a 15% price move plus divs, I'd be happy with that. I don't need big gains. I hate buying things at ATH prices. My normal stocks are (BN, CNQ) are all too high for my comfort level.
