QSR interesting. Cut dividend during COVID, but up 4x over last 10 years. Not banks/insurance equity growth, but reasonable. I wish I could tell you the future vis-a-vis recession. They only dropped \~10% in stock price during covid, so maybe more resilient than you think?
Nothing really jumping out in terms of “under the radar” picks. MTL, maybe? Good aggressive dividend growth coming out of COVID. EDV (gold mining) - 5 years paying, 4 times increased, over which time it’s doubled. ADEN.TO maybe? Wood supply so very cyclical. Tripled dividend in 10 years. Everything else I like is pretty overpriced. Maybe BIP-UN?
