I've contacted [owners@wise.com](mailto:owners@wise.com) a few times, but could never get a clear answer. Every answer they gave quoted the Scheme Circular, which only describes how ADS holders will be affected, with no reference to the foreign ordinary shares traded OTC (ticker symbol WPLCF).
Anyone here have any information on this, ideas, or advice on how to get a clear answer?
