As you noted, the SPLP cash buyout has not yet been paid out. As you know, the anticipated allocation date was around January 27th, 2026, but could potentially take a few additional days. Fidelity's policy is to allocate cash or shares upon receipt of the cash or shares from the company that had the event, which then delivers the cash or shares to our depository and distributes them from there. Fidelity will process the event as soon as we receive the cash and distribute the proceeds to your accounts.
