To ensure we are on the same page, under the terms of the special warrant dividend, GivBux (GBUX.NaE) will issue warrants on a 1-for-10 basis, entitling shareholders to purchase one share of GivBux (GBUX.NaE) common stock for every ten shares owned as of June 5, 2025. Each warrant will be exercisable at $4.00 per share, subject to the conditions outlined in the company’s Warrant Agreement.
With that said, Fidelity has not yet been issued the warrants for this corporate action; however, Fidelity will disburse them to the entitled owners of GBUX once they have been received. While we do not have an exact timeline on when we will receive the warrants, once they have been acquired, they will be disbursed to you, and you will see this represented as a line item within your account history on the mobile app, and they will be listed as a position within your account.
