How you know this? I heard people use td ameritrade and try to short to see, but is that the only way to know if shares are locked up? I heard of other ways on twitter not sure.

Heard people saying that its alrdy passed and that the judge signing is just a formality and won't move price but other side says whales are on sidelines waiting for official news before the thing takes off. All I know is that its undervalued and atleast worth 30 cents like pre covid levels but now with no debt to worry about!

Got killed on TONR though cos rumor was custo but management filed reinstatement instead and market didn't like.

I chose EEGI, AVVH, CBYI, and NSPT for my custodianship plays for the week. I hear MJWL is doing great tho.

I read the first sentence and realized you have no idea what you're talking about. Sharp has applied for custodianship of dozens of companies and the only case he actually won was by default because the company did not represent itself. He's literally 0 for 30.
If you wanna track his progress, there was a court meeting on Friday about his custodianship of RETC. There was no resolution and will continue session on Monday at 330pm EST. I have no doubt that RETC is shady af considering the woman they chose to represent them doesn't even know who the chairmen are, but I can assure you if Sharp does win this, it has NOTHING to do with him having a "good track record".
As far as GVSI. I'm not a buyer until I see some progress, they haven't filed a report in 5 years.
As far as things to watch monday, I've got a shortlist:
$MDCN - Nothing for 6 years. Filed everything they need to go current this weekend.
$GLDFF - New acquisition yesterday, name change (and ticker change) on Tuesday.
$PALAF - Filed 27 reports this weekend, one of them stating there was no uranium leak.
$EEGI / $RLBD / $EEGI / $MJWL / $GGII - "Hot" stocks at the moment.
$TAWNF - The vote passed for the restructuring plan. Court date is may 28. If this passes court, this stock is going parabolic. High Risk / High Reward.
I'd bet my entire account that at least 2 of these are gonna be moving this week.
