Use projects like Dmail, Derivio (small perp position, mint and stake DLPM and claim rewards), multiple DEXs (SyncSwap, EzKalibur, Odos, Velocore, zkSwap, World store and Kyberswap) and File market to increase your interaction with the chain.
The more shady stuff I use I tend to revoke approvals after swapping my USDC for example!
