I feel like a majority of scams / smart contract scams are on ETH. Does it have a community that prevents or investigate these scams? Do they take care of their own? Today I learned, at least in Cardano / ADA they have what's called CFDB ("Cardano Fraud Detection Bureau")

This was dropped into my wallet yesterday. Website it directs you to is definitely a scam/was not created by SingularityNet. I've reported the website to the CFDB ("Cardano Fraud Detection Bureau").
