I got scammed by him in 2017 during his first OTC stock called Bravatek $BVTK. Put 5k in and lost pretty much all of it when I realized it was a scam. He claimed he had a DFOS Tech. And it was revolutionary. Put out PRs left and right like the attached photos. When I realized it was a scam I said whatever and moved on..
2021 rolls around and he starts up another OTC stock called Darkpulse $DPLS, I tried to warn investors on the fraud, he tried getting lawyers involved and threatening to sue me. I can right a book on all the securities fraud that happened with Darkpulse. But he scammed Caltrans, they refuse to speak about him because litigation, he embezzled K9 for warriors during a shareholder party, children’s hospitals. Claimed he was sending his product to the war in Ukraine, but waiting for approval. Nobody has seen his physical tech EVER. But he only releases CGI photos. I can go on and on. He claimed he was FBI, NYPD, NATO, Graduates from MIT.
