The NASDAQ has several rules accompany must follow to be listed. I don't know all the rules that they would have failed to meet but one of them is that you trade over a dollar or maybe even over five dollars. BRCH is well under a dollar.
And a trick that companies are doing to try to get around that rule is to do a reverse stock split. So you give somebody one share to replace their 10 shares or 25 shares or whatever it is. But that one share is worth 10 times as much as the 10 shares were and now they're over the minimum limit. NASDAQ and I think other trading floors are trying to limit or Eliminate reverse stock splits for that reason.
