Instead of accusing the bear-case-presenter of "lies and misleading", why not address some of the issues he brought up?
For instance: Why hasn't any insider purchased BLGO stock on the open market in 2+ years? You've mentioned before that you have open lines of communication with management; have you ever asked them why they're not buying at 52-week lows?
What is Clyra spending so much money on if they're not processing new orders for ViaClyr? What exactly is the hold-up for getting BioClynse submitted to the FDA?

My AI reverse engineered that prompt.
Just to show you that it did not get to the same conclusion like you. It says that something similar must have been promoted.

Thank you for complying. I find it very unfortunate that you're now on record, in public, accusing this person of making statements he never made. I'll address each of your citations:
1. He never said, "Insiders won't put their money in." You even put it in quotes! What he actually said was "insiders have not put a single dollar of personal cash into the stock in over two years," which is factually correct.
2. He stated quite clearly "Calvert received 919,483 shares in equity grants ... as deferred compensation." When you exclude the "deferred compensation" piece, yes it would be misleading, but the poster included that, so no, not misleading at all.
3. "Eight weeks of cash" - I agree this can seem misleading, but higher in his post regarding the burn rate, he said "**At that pace** the cash is gone in approximately 2.2 months," which seems reasonable for an AI to calculate. I'll give you this one anyway.
4. "Financing stops because warrants are underwater." -- Again, putting something in quotes he never said. I can't find where he even implied this. What he did say was raising money "through warrant exercises" stops because "every outstanding warrant is dead at $0.08."
5. "A new BLGO equity offering is unavoidable." You called this unsupported, but he quite clearly said "the math demands one" and provided support justifying his claim.
6. "No signed partners or contracts." -- He never said this.
7. "No financing supports the $100M Clyra valuation." - He explained in detail why he feels the $100M Clyra valuation is suspect.
8. "Negative book equity proves Clyra can't be worth $100M". - He never said it \*proves\* anything, he just referenced it as reason to think the $100M valuation is bullshit.
9. "Revenue down 55%" was mentioned at the end of the Pooph paragraph, so wasn't intended to "tell the whole story." And revenue was indeed down 55% due to the loss of Pooph, so factually correct.
10. "Pooph stole or reverse-engineered the formula." -- Again, he never said that. What he said was: "quietly developing a replacement formula the whole time," and "reverse-engineered their way out of it." As Pooph is still on the market today, presumably with a different formula, this is apparently exactly what Pooph did.
11. "Pooph stole Biolargo's brand." -- He never said this either. He said Pooph "walked off with the brand", which they did.
12. "$0.08 is exactly the 52-week low." -- You got him there... unfortunately it's actually lower. And today's closing price is slightly above $0.08, but rounds down to that number according to standard arithmetic.
13. "Everyone who looked carefully sold, and they were right." -- You claimed this was opinion presented as fact. He actually said: "It is priced like everyone who looked carefully already said fuck it and sold, and they were right." Seems quite clearly an opinion presented as an opinion to me.
I sincerely hope BioLargo turns this ship around, which is what they have to do, and no amount of pumping or falsely accusing naysayers of lying is going to help (in my opinion).

Ok.
Lies and misleading are:
\- \*\*โ€œInsiders wonโ€™t put their own money in.โ€ False.\*\* Calvert personally invested $241,000 in Clyra financings. Those were notes with warrants, not open-market BLGO purchases.
\- \*\*โ€œCalvertโ€™s 919,483 shares were just grants.โ€ Misleading.\*\* He accepted shares for salary and expenses owed to him. They are locked up until BioLargo reports $40 million in consolidated gross revenue, exceeds a $300 million market cap, or undergoes a change in control. The revenue target is about \*\*8ร—\*\* the postโ€™s roughly $5 million annualized Q2 revenue run rate; the market-cap target is about \*\*11.5ร—\*\* its cited $26 million market cap. The filing permits the revenue target to be met in a reported quarter \*or\* yearโ€”it does not say annual revenue only.
\- \*\*โ€œEight weeks of cash.โ€ Misleading.\*\* The post treats historical consolidated cash use as a precise ongoing runway. Calvert put parent-company operating costs at roughly $250,000 a month. Neither figure alone proves a company-wide runway.
\- \*\*โ€œFinancing stops because warrants are underwater.โ€ False.\*\* Those warrants are not BioLargoโ€™s only potential funding source.
\- \*\*โ€œA new BLGO equity offering is inevitable.โ€ Unsupported.\*\* More funding may be needed, but its form and timing are unknown.
\- \*\*โ€œNo signed partners or contracts.โ€ False as a company-wide claim.\*\* Clyra has distribution agreements, and BioLargo has disclosed engineering contracts. Agreements are not guaranteed sales.
\- \*\*โ€œNo financing supports the $100 million Clyra valuation.โ€ Misleading.\*\* Management tied that indicative figure to outside investorsโ€™ private Clyra transactions. It is not a guaranteed sale price.
\- \*\*โ€œNegative book equity proves Clyra cannot be worth $100 million.โ€ False.\*\* Book equity is not a market valuation.
\- \*\*โ€œRevenue down 55%โ€ tells the whole story. Misleading.\*\* Losing Pooph drove the year-over-year decline; Q2 revenue also grew 12% sequentially. BioLargo is still unprofitable.
\- \*\*โ€œPooph stole or reverse-engineered the formula.โ€ Unproven.\*\* Those are disputed claims, not established findings.
\- \*\*โ€œPooph stole BioLargoโ€™s brand.โ€ Misleading.\*\* Pooph owned the brand; BioLargo supplied technology and product.
\- \*\*โ€œ$0.08 is exactly the 52-week low.โ€ Inaccurate as stated.\*\* Available September 29 quotes showed a close above $0.08 and a lower 52-week low.
\- \*\*โ€œEveryone who looked carefully soldโ€ and โ€œalready priced in.โ€ Opinion presented as fact.\*\* The post supplies no evidence for either claim.

Not sure why you're winking at me, but you're welcome to try this out yourself. Go to your favorite LLM (I tried ChatGPT just now), and simply say: "Present a bear case for why people should avoid investing in BioLargo (BLGO). Be as detailed as possible and include recently-published statements and events."
I got a result back even more detailed and thorough than RedPlumpTomato's.

\> What if it is all real this time and they'll deliver in time or are even a few steps further than you state?
That's the kind of good news that can and should inspire new investors to hop in. As I said above, if this was the first time blast-off news was "right around the corner," I'd be encouraging the speculative types out there to buy now. But the current landscape of retail investors is full of folks who already did that and now regret it (and I'm admittedly one of them), so I can't in good conscience recommend others follow suit. I believe there will be plenty of time to initiate a position if "it's all real this time".... maybe a few pennies higher than 8c, but that's a reasonable price to pay for some assurance.
\> I strongly disagree that longtime holders will automatically hand new investors an easy entry at $0.15.
That's fine. I certainly don't think \*all\* of them will, but I've heard from dozens of investors who have stated their plan to break-even. Perhaps you aren't hearing from those folks for some reason.
\> Why would the most convicted holders sell at $0.15 just as the path to a much larger valuation come into view?
I'm not talking about the most convicted holders. In my opinion, it's important to focus on the norm rather than extreme cases, and most retail investors would not describe themselves as "most convicted".
\> The stock traded in the $0.40s when the commercial story was still largely anticipation.
That's exactly the problem! The commercial story has been "largely anticipation" for two years now. People bought back in 2024 because someone told them blast-off news was right around the corner, and when that didn't materialize, they lost interest and sold. Hopefully all of that interest will return when the commercial story goes from anticipation to realized, but there are a lot of sour bagholders out there right now.
\> Waiting until everyone agrees it's happening may mean missing the moment when the market reassesses BLGO.
I think "everyone agreeing it's happening" is the same thing as "market reassesses BLGO." Again, if this were the first time the "commercial story" was considered imminent, I'd be much more aligned with your thinking. Personally, I think trying to convince people to buy now (before the thesis is proven out) sounds a lot like a bagholder trying to create exit liquidity for himself, and folks are wary of that sort of thing. If the Cinderella story plays out, new investors will have an opportunity to get in on the 2nd floor, and all those "most convicted holders" will be elated as well... Everybody wins.
\> I am adding heavily.
That's great! I don't know what "heavily" means to you, but less than $5k has traded today as of this writing and it's up 7%, so you could probably gobble up the ASK through $0.12 pretty easily if you wanted.

This helps. Thanks. I certainly agree with your suggestion to put it on the watchlist not to miss when the big turnaround will happen.
But what if it is all real this time and theyโ€™ll deliver in time or are even a few steps further than you state?
BTW I strongly disagree that longtime holders will automatically hand new investors an easy entry at $0.15. People who have followed BioLargo for 3, 5, 10 or 15 years arenโ€™t all waiting for the first bounce so they can break even. Many are waiting for the catalyst that could finally change what this company is.
If Clyraโ€™s launch becomes real, why would the most convicted holders sell at $0.15 just as the path to a much larger valuation comes into view? IMHO years of DD will result in adding not selling.
This stock traded in the $0.40s when the commercial story was still largely anticipation.
Imagine what could happen if a major Clyra launch actually materializes.
Thatโ€™s the bullish case: not that success is guaranteed, but that waiting until everyone agrees itโ€™s happening may mean missing the moment when the market reassesses BLGO.
That being said - I am already adding heavily. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Hello "fellow investor". Happy to give my thoughts:
\> CEO said... Does that suggest Clyra may be further along than your write-up assumes?
Unfortunately BioLargo has a very long history of projecting-then-failing aggressive timelines. For example, around this time last year, the CEO said he thought the BioClynse launch would take place in Q1/Q2 of 2026, which obviously didn't happen. I've spoken with their IR representative (from Darrow) about this, and he said that unexpected delays tend to happen when involved with a partner whose decisions are made independently, as is the case here (CEO has confirmed it's entirely in the partner's hands). Because of this, **my write-up doesn't assume any particular timeline, only stating that submission for FDA approval is due "soon".**
\> A fellow large investor believes that Clyra will be worth well north of $500 million... do you think that is a realistic outcome?
That would be great, and I'm certainly not ruling it out, but for now Clyra has to get its product on shelves first. Echoing what I said previously, BioLargo has a very long history of offering large potential valuations and peppering their presentations with "best-case-scenario" numbers. One particular investor has gone to great lengths to saturate social media with these wishful projections (maybe we're talking about the same person). While I appreciate that person's persistence and thoroughness, I think some damage has been done, as all of their projections have fallen short thus far and people grow tired of the boy who cried wolf. After all, the stock is at an all-time low. That person's believers are all currently holding bags and rightfully upset at the moment, which is why **I'm encouraging potential investors to watch for now, not buy.** Perhaps things would be different if this was the first time blast-off news was "right around the corner" rather than the fifteenth time.
\> What would be your trigger to buy?
Focusing on Clyra/BioClynse, I offer four triggers to buy depending on your risk profile: Aggressive = when the FDA application is submitted, Medium = when the FDA submission comes back approved, or Conservative = when the first material purchase order is made (which should align with identifying the major partner), or Super-Conservative = when first revenue is reported. FDA review typically takes 90 days, so that's plenty of time right there for medium-risk investors to noodle.
\> If investors wait until recurring revenue is obvious, do you think the risk/reward will still be as attractive?
I believe so, yes. 8c/shr may (hopefully) be the ground floor, but new investors can wait until this hits 15c (45M market-cap) and still get in lower than most current shareholders. Given how depressed existing shareholders are at the moment, I anticipate some "break-even" selling as the stock begins to rise, creating enough liquidity for new investors to hop in before it (hopefully) rockets.
\> Could much of the repricing occur between now, launch confirmation, and the first visible sales ramp?
Anything's possible, but I highly doubt it. What would be the catalyst for such a repricing? As I said before, this isn't the first time in BioLargo's history that blast-off news is "right around the corner." One merely has to search for $BLGO here on reddit to see. Even if someone claimed to have insider information and the FDA application was being submitted tomorrow, I doubt that would move the needle much, as there have been too many head-fakes. This is why **I'm encouraging potential investors to watch for now, not buy**. If BioLargo's thesis ever begins to legitimately take off, there will be plenty of time and liquidity to secure a decent entry point.
Hope this helps!

Bro wrote a full forensic autopsy of an eight-cent stock he says he wouldnโ€™t touch. Did BLGO reject your application, or did Pooph leave you on read?
I get the bear case. The cash burn is real, and Pooph was a mess. But spending this much energy on a stock you supposedly donโ€™t want - then assigning zero value to everything that hasnโ€™t hit the income statement yet - is a pretty funny way to announce youโ€™re not interested.
**HARD AVOID**, yet here you are tracking the town hall, counting Calvertโ€™s shares, and doing warrant math like BLGO owes you closure.
**Be honest: youโ€™re watching for the same catalysts the bulls are**.
You just wrote a breakup letter first.

My AI Slop Analysis:
**BLGO -- BioLargo, Inc.**

\## One-liner verdict

Nineteen years public, never a profit, barely two months of cash left, and a customer who built an empire on their chemistry and then stole it โ€” HARD AVOID.

BioLargo has been publicly traded since 2007 and has never once turned a fucking profit. The stock is at $0.08 right now โ€” not near its fifty-two-week low but literally on it, the exact low set August 20, 2026. It was forty cents in February 2024. That eighty-percent collapse happened while management filed press release after press release about PFAS remediation breakthroughs, wound care devices, and battery storage partnerships. The science may be real. The business has not figured out how to make money from any of it across nineteen years.

The fastest way to understand what happened to the revenue is Pooph. Pooph Inc. was a pet-odor brand that licensed BioLargo's chemistry, became their single biggest customer, and drove quarterly revenue to $2.777 million in Q2 2025. Then Pooph stopped paying royalties in August 2025, quietly developed a replacement formula the whole time, terminated the agreement, walked off with the brand, and left BioLargo holding $3.763 million in unpaid receivables โ€” $1.378 million in royalties and $2.385 million in product invoices โ€” for which BioLargo established a full credit loss provision (10-Q, EDGAR 0001437749-26-028023). Some bastard built a pet-odor empire on BioLargo's work, reverse-engineered their way out of it, and ghosted a three-million-dollar bill. Q2 2026 revenue: $1.248 million. That is a fifty-five percent year-over-year collapse.

There are no confirmed near-term catalysts that change the math here, and that is worth saying plainly โ€” there is not a goddamn hard-dated event in the next sixty days. Management mentioned an October consumer relaunch at their September 10 town hall โ€” their own microphone, their own audience, no signed contract, no named distribution partner, not backed by inventory on order. The PFAS engineering business is genuinely growing. It is growing off a small base while the parent company burns through cash at a pace that makes slow organic growth irrelevant. ALREADY PRICED IN at eight cents.

The cash emergency is happening right now. $2.188 million in the account at June 30, 2026, against operating burn of $5.973 million in the first half of the year โ€” roughly $3 million per quarter. At that pace the cash is gone in approximately 2.2 months. They survived H1 by raising $4.469 million through warrant exercises and subsidiary capital raises. Here is where that shit stops: the April 2026 warrant prospectuses show exercise prices from $0.19 to $0.33, weighted average around $0.265 (424B4 filings, EDGAR, April 2026). Every outstanding warrant is dead at $0.08. A new equity offering is coming because the math demands one, and existing shareholders take the dilution.

The balance sheet is broken everywhere you look. Stockholders' equity is negative $1.852 million. Working capital is negative $1.266 million. Enterprise value at verified net debt runs to roughly $29 million โ€” nearly six times the annualized quarterly revenue run rate of about $5 million. Expensive as shit for a company with negative equity, no working capital, and a cash account ticking toward zero. Share count is 328.7 million and only goes higher. Institutional ownership is 0.036 percent.
