You do know what we have today, Bloomberg US Aggregate Index, was at one point in time the Lehman Brothers Aggregate Index. We could and did have trades on with other firms buying or selling their index. They were non-compliant, cash settle, non-Finra, or more commonly called Bilateral Transactions and usually 6month settle.
Which BERK. BRK.A or BRK.B ? Short insurers is an intersting choice?
Tips now might be a choice- short trem ETF's or Treasury
Using AGG for index exposure?
HAVE no Inter. exposure at all.
5% cash at best.
Do dabble in Fidelity's Bond offerings but not much.
I have lots of exposure (short) 10's & 2's ....Sold the 10-2 SPREAD SWAP or sell the 10yr ERIS CONTRACT and buy the 2yr ERIS Contract . This is done on duration neutral basis, otherwisw it may go your way and you get hosed.
I have a seperate trdaing account since mid-june and all i do is at 9AM look at SPACEX and SKHY see which way they are goig and play the 2X ETF's in them on a daily basis. If volume is low pre-market i will wait until 10Am, and also wait till 10am on BIG Economic news days.
Long in equities GS, MS, WFC, BCS, BAC. AAPL,COPP,HDLB,LIND,NVDL,UPRO, WINN, PAGP, SPMO and PLTU.
Last Port. is full up in 0-1yr Treasuries.
