Secusuite is fully encrypted voice, data, and messaging platform at the highest security levels available to governments and enterprises.
BBME is the enterprise version of the old BBM which is a secure messaging app that still does voice and data but not at the security levels of Secusuite.
The biggest difference is in the controller. Secusuite is usually deployed as self managed servers, usually on-site in the customers' infrastructure giving the customers full control of their deployment.
The BBMe is usually configured for clients to utilize BlackBerry cloud infrastructure, which is by definition less secure, but more publicly accessible as users are all passing through the same platform.
