Hello everyone. I am the bondholder of ATTOF (Atento) bonds. The company underwent debt restructuring weeks ago. Part of the restructuring plan was the conversion of debt into equity. The plan was eventually confirmed and enacted on the effective date in late November.
Before the plan went into motion, I received a corporate action notice on my IBKR account asking me which action to take. I believe I inputted the wrong choice. I wanted to confirm to have my bonds converted into equity, but I must have misinterpreted the provided info and instead opted for the bonds to be frozen.
When I realized I made a mistake, it was already to late. I got in touch with Atento investor relations and I was forwarded a PDF file to fill in which they will use to make the conversion. The document itself asks for some data I cannot seem to locate through my IBKR account, specifically:
* Clearing system participant account number
* Authorized employee of account holder
* Telephone number of authorized employee
* Email address of authorized employee
* Clearing system
* Custody instruction reference number
* DTC participant/custodian
My guess is that IBKR has that information as I bought the bonds through them. I sent a support ticket to them but still waiting on a reply. I have dealt with customer service in the past and it's a mess. I still have some tickets which are open without a reply and have been sent to them months ago.
I was wondering, if IKBR won't answer my ticket, do you have any idea where such info can be located?
