Booked an Airport Security Fast Track Pass (ASFT) about 2 weeks before my flight out of Bangkok (BKK) international.
Got refused at the airport. Staff said Fast Track can't be purchased and they'd never heard of it. Two separate people checked.
Contacted Revolut support — they told me it's not on them, it's on their provider (DragonPass) to sort out. Which is odd, because their own ASFT terms (section 8) say Revolut *will* escalate ASFT complaints to DragonPass on your behalf if you give them the flight number, terminal, date/time, etc.
Posting because this is sold as a selling point of the Ultra plan, and if it silently doesn't work at a major international hub like BKK, people paying for Ultra (or relying on it as a paid add-on) should know before they count on it.
