in email, a company rep assured me that the dividend payment will be based on the pre 10:17 split share price... but that's what they said. i'm not a financial advisor.

yahoo says 1.286 per share on AIAPF, a 3.9 stock. i've sent an email to ascential to try and get the details of the dividend/split wrt this AIAPF ticker.
Knowing yahoo, the '1.286' could be in pounds, relative to the ASCL.L symbol...
looking at ASCL.L, it looks like a 312 pence or 3.12 pounds... without doing the math, one might imagine that it's a similar price to AIAPF... and ASCL.L appears the same dividend, which looks to be in pence ... 128.6..
this could be a play, or it could be bad... still trying to collect on pinewood/pendragon, which was supposed to pay on the 7th...
maybe if you're playing the london exchange, it's a slam dunk, whereas playing these tickers on the usa markets can be sketchy? ymmv
be that as it may, i'm tempted to rock some cash into AIAPF, and let things work out for themselves... oh it's got one of those 'angular charts' which screams 'danger will robinson!'... lol
