And incentives for innovation are mainly gate-kept by those with connections to the license raj's license issuers, so any actual talent flees for countries that do not treat its intellectuals like a punching bag in the age of state-sanctioned mindbackwardness.
Oil refiners and exporters, Adumb and Adumber keep getting tax breaks and discounted costs for taking ownership of public assets converted into private assets, while we pay for one of the most expensive fuel refils in the world, costs adjusted for parity. I guess using 1.5 billion people to happily (or forcefully) sacrifice their own well-being to fund the lifestyles of 1.5 thousand people is an innovation that the junta regime needs to patent ASAP.

Yea, I saw that, and I sure hope you sell it ASAP. But unless you plan to never own again, it will some day become relevant agian.

I'm a casual fan of some of their most popular legacy sneaker models (as in I typically own a few pairs at at time, not a few hundred). I can tell you these shoe models are not instantly selling out like they used to, and getting heavily discounted either at retailers or after stocking at the NKE outlets. It's gotten to the point where everybody realizes they can just wait 1 or 2 months to get the sneaker at 20-40% discount. Even the people who want them, don't want them at full price. Remember Bed Bath and Beyond? Why buy anything at full price when they stuff your maibox with unlimited 40% off coupons?
The stock can go either direction on earnings due to short term leverage such as options market. But the earnings numbers certainly won't be good.
They should have capitalized on Caitlin Clark ASAP. But they waited 2 years, in just another one of their "controversial" marketing choices.
Also on the last earnings call, it was stated they will work on inventory management - ie make less stuff, so not as much needs to be sold at lower price and at lower margin. But the obvious impact there is capped top line growth - or really more likely declining. It'll be at least a year before this company can show many meaningful financial performance improvements.

Best thing is to talk to an accountant first. I don’t know what jurisdictions you’re dealing with, how you’re filing your taxes, what the specific deadlines are, etc.
And since we’re getting close to the end of the year, I’d do it ASAP. Better safe than sorry.
