This is where you need to temper your expectations ASAP. SCHD looks impressive because it was created towards the start of a historic US market bull run. However over your investing lifetime, it is likely to be much lower. 
Over the same time period, the S&P 500 has outperformed it by a good bit. If your goal is to grow your balance, I would VERY MUCH NOT recommend SCHD to do so. You’re much better off with a simple broad market index fund.

I'm a beginner and first thing I realised I need more monitors ASAP. Why you think don't need more monitors example there is two or even three Close to ur setup and and one is reaching its peak to close soon so ofc you want to close it best price, while looking how close other ones gets at same time. Just wondering because monitors are so cheap second hand and any shitty one does the job. So I'm wondering is there some drawbacks that ur attention is divided a little or some? I kinda don't get ur comment tbh..

I got to retire off Micron & SanDisk ASAP. Working all weekend until almost 4 AM on a Monday is not really sustainable.

1. Yes, a 12-18 month time window is too short to put that money in the market. Keep that in SGOV/USFR.
2. My wife is also a doctor with student loans in the 3-4% range. We’re leaving her loans on minimum payments while we save up for a house. I crunched some numbers last week and found that the spread between the loan interest and SPAXX 7-day SEC yield will only cost us like $110 a year after taxes. You have lower loan balances so it would cost you even less.
3. Lump sum that money into the 457(b) ASAP.
