GTY bought on the dip last fall 2022. O, CCI, and DLR, bought on the dips over the past year. Not a big fan of office REITS in the US; hopefully, all that vacant office space will be converted into condos or rentals, because that would help with the housing shortage in this country. ACDSF, a Singapore REIT, bought on the dip. ACDSF swings up and down (currency), but it is an exemplary REIT in a country that is 5\* in financial stability. Singapore is the Switzerland of Asia. (By the way there are some great banks there, too).
