Hi, as a non-US, non-UK citizen, I'm just wondering what (if any) is the difference in investing in a particular company listed on different exchanges.? For example, the parent company of Google, Alphabet, is listed on NYSE as GOOG/GOOGL but on IBIS as ABEC. Other than the forex risk, is there any other differences?
(e.g. tax implications - similar to buying UCITS ETFs on LSE vs the equivalent ETF on the NYSE)?
